As a group of event venues, we host an events showcase once a year to which we invite 300-400 of our top clients to experience our events offering at our corporate event venues. We worked with Wildgoose Events on a bespoke game to take our guests from one of our venues in Piccadilly Circus (Café de Paris) to another in Covent Garden (Tropicana Beach Club). The design and creation element of the game was seamless and the team were incredibly creative with the options they gave us. On the day of the event, the Wildgoose Team were incredible in delivering the operational side of the game and keeping all of our guests enthused and focused on getting from A to B. I couldn’t have asked to have worked with a more capable and efficient group of people and very much look forward to working with them on another project soon.

Across four teams from apprentices to Director the activity was fun, easy to follow and allowed everyone to make a contribution to the points total. Team spirit and friendly competition was ensured. The stock questions that you suggested were excellent. You had to convince me on some of them… but I have to admit that when I saw a 68 year old professor beat boxing, I just knew it was going brilliantly! I am delighted that I chose Wildgoose – thank you, Gemma. You have all been professional and supportive all along, Roger and the young ladies were brilliant on the day, and the teams meant that everyone mingled, so that Saturday and Sunday went with a swing as well.
